Health Benefits of Resveratrol
Resveratrol first made headlines in 2006 when scientists declared that a lab mice fed with the substance could eat more without gaining weight, became fitter, and appeared to slow their aging processes. Since then, a number of other studies have linked Resveratrol to anti-aging and a number of other health benefits. Here is a summary of the number of ways in which Resveratrol may improve health :
